Gary D. Curtis – President and Chief Executive Officer
Gary has 29 years of experience in the medical device market. He spent 22 years at U.S. Surgical/Tyco Healthcare where he last served as Vice President of Sales Operations and Vice President of Distribution Sales. Most recently, Gary served three years as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Accellent, the largest single provider of outsourcing capabilities to the medical device industry. Gary holds a bachelor of science degree in Marketing from Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.

Joe Stupecky – Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Joe has more than 40 years of experience in mechanical engineering and design, operations and administration. Prior to founding Interface Associates in 1995, Joe founded Bicore Monitoring Systems in 1989, which he sold to Bear Medical in 1995. Previous to Bicore, Joe founded Alpha Technologies, a manufacturer of metabolic testing systems that was acquired by Beckman Instruments in 1985. Preceding this, he held various engineering and management positions. Joe holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is named as inventor on numerous patents.

Gayle L. Arnold – Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration
Gayle has more than 20 years of diverse finance experience. She was formerly CFO for I-Flow Corporation, a medical device manufacturing company in Lake Forest, CA. Additionally, she has served as a Manager with the accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche LLP. Gayle is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas, Austin.

Eric Mabry – Vice President of Equipment Engineering
Eric has 25 years of experience in the medical device industry ranging from engineering to sales and marketing. He has held management positions with Beckman, SensorMedics (now a division of Viasys Healthcare), and most recently with I-Flow Corporation. Eric holds a bachelor of science in Chemistry from California State University Fullerton and is named as inventor on several patents.

Mark Geiger – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mark’s previous experience spans over 20 years in the medical device business. Previously he served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Gebauer Company. Prior to Gebauer, Mark worked for the Neurosurgery Division of Medtronic for more than 10 years and held the positions of District Sales Manager, Director of Marketing, Business Manager and Senior Product Manager. Mark holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. He participates on the Senior Advisory Board for True Vision Systems and NeuroDx and is a past Board Member of the Hydrocephalus Association.
