BFM Alignment Tools

High performance balloon specifications require that balloon molds are produced with very exacting tolerances and minimal clearances between moving parts of the mold. During balloon forming machine operation, the right hand end plug engages and disengages the balloon mold cavity. To reduce unnecessary tooling wear, the balloon mold and the end plug must be very accurately aligned.

The BFM alignment tools are a simple resource to determine proper alignment between the mold and end plugs. The alignment tools are provided for both small and large molds.
