Interface Catheter Solutions optional vision system for tubing welding equipment comes with a newly upgraded LCD display improved visibility of the welding operation, simple to operate and store welding parameters.
- The new vision system display contains a complete Windows 7™ operating system and supports high resolution settings to produce detailed viewing of the welding process.
- The display is a touch screen system. Objects can be selected and adjusted by touch and drag. Selection is made by simply touching the object, (e.g. save or load).
- Files can be uploaded that have been previously saved in a library or in a designated location for repeatable welding results.
- A capture option produces an exact copy of what is displayed on the screen for operator and inline quality inspection.
- The crosshair function works from a drop-down menu box. Simply touch a selection and the drop down box indicates the status of that selection.
- The camera offers two movable adjustments including a focus adjustment and a light polarization adjustment for improved vision.
