Dual Fluter and Wrapper
The DFW-1000 provides low-profile fluting and wrapping for a wide range of balloon diameters and lengths. The dual fluter and wrapper is PLC-controlled with multiple storage programming configurations. Programming is performed via an easily accessible touch screen for blade temperature, speed of blade travel, open and closed diameter, and dwell time. Interchangeable and custom fluting and wrapping modules are available for increased capabilities.

Interface Catheter Solutions DFW-1000 dual fluter and wrapper provides a minimal profile wrapped balloon for catheter manufacturing. It has a top-loading, pivoting catheter platform to precisely control positioning of the catheter for both fluting and wrapping operation. The DFW-1000 is PLC-controlled with multiple storage programming configurations. It has password lockout protection and a heater burnout detection feature. It precisely controls individual blade temperature, closed and open diameter, and dwell time. Custom-designed and interchangeable blade systems accommodate a wide range of balloon diameters and lengths.
