Description
The Balloon Compliance Test Fixture consists of a sloping anodized aluminum frame with an electronic gauge and an air cylinder attached to it. The balloon to be tested is placed in a guiding tray that lines it up with regard to the gauge. The air cylinder activated chisel pinches the balloon outlet and thus provides a leak-tight seal. The electronic signal from the gauge is fed into the main testing unit for further processing.
