Interface is an FDA-registered contract component and finished device manufacturer with multiple class 10,000 (ISO Class 7) and 100,000 (ISO Class 8) clean rooms. With our vertically integrated production capabilities, we maintain control over all aspects of the production process. Following ISO 13485:2003 standards, our focus is on quality and on-time delivery.

Catheter Manufacturing

From prototypes to full-scale manufacturing, our vertically integrated capabilities allow full control over the production process:

• Assembly process capabilities include necking, swaging, jacketing, welding, wrapping, fluting, stent crimping, leak testing, packaging and sterilization

Balloon Production

Balloon production capabilities cover all phases of manufacturing including prototyping to complete production manufacturing. Our extensive experience allows us to offer you:

• Balloon sizes from 0.5 mm to 50 mm in diameter and lengths up to 250 mm
• Wide range of shapes – cylindrical, spherical, oval, conical, stepped, tapered, offset and more
• Materials expertise with Nylon, Pebax®, Polyurethane, PET and more
• Increased burst pressures and improved fatigue
• Wall thicknesses ranging from 0.0002" to 0.007" (0.005 mm to 0.178 mm)
